Line of Credit Transfers

Transfers

Following the system upgrade on February 24, you are unable to transfer funds from your Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) or Personal Line of Credit in Personal Online or Mobile Banking. We expect to restore this feature soon, but we want to make things as easy for you as possible in the meantime.

For Home Equity Lines of Credit you can make transfers during regular business hours1:

  • By check in person at a branch
  • Via the secure chat button below
  • By calling our Customer Care Center at 800.627.1632, option 3, option 1

Checking Balances

The issue where available balances for lines of credit were not displayed in Personal Online Banking has been resolved. Available balances continue to not be displayed in Mobile Banking, and we anticipate a solution soon.

Regular business hours for the Customer Care Center:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
