eStatement Re-Enrollment

A limited number of customers need to re-enroll in eStatements after the February 24 system upgrade. If you received a letter or email regarding re-enrollment, you’re in the right place to find step-by-step instructions for re-enrollment.

Didn’t receive an email or letter? Already access your eStatements through Personal Online Banking, Commercial Center or Business Center? You’re all set, and will continue to receive your eStaetments as usual.

What do you need to do?

You need to re-enroll in eStatements through Personal Online Banking, Commercial Center, or Business Center. To help you, we’ve broken these steps into different groups:

Personal accounts

Since you already have Personal Online Banking, follow the directions below:

  1. Log in to Personal Online Banking as you normally do
  2. Click on “eStatements” on the Accounts page.
  3. Enter the confirmation code contained in the “PDF document” link and click “I agree” to accept the eStatements Disclosure
  4. Select which account(s)s you would like to enroll in eStatements and click “Next”
  5. Confirm your email address by clicking “Enroll”

Personal Online Banking from HomeTrust Bank includes all the personal online account services you expect like Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit. You have convenient access to your accounts 24/7

  1. Click here
  2. Provide requested details and click “ENROLL”
  3. Select your User ID and Password and click “ENROLL”
  4. Log in with your new User ID and Password and follow the on-screen instructions to finish setting up your Personal Online Banking profile
  5. Select View Statements on the Accounts page
  6. Enter the confirmation code contained in the “PDF document” link and click “I agree” to accept the eStatements Disclosure
  7. Select which accounts you would like to enroll in eStatements and click “Next”
  8. Confirm your email address by clicking “Enroll”

Commercial and business accounts

Sign up for Business Center or Commercial Center Online Banking. We will make it easy for you!  Avoid the last-minute rush by reaching out to our Customer Care Center at your convenience to start the process.  We will provide the Documents needed for you to e-Sign and guide you through the 1st time login.  Below are two options to initiate the process:

  1. Online and select “Assistance with Business Center or Commercial Center” A Customer Care Representative will contact you during business hours
  2. Phone: 800.627.1632

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Other eStatement recipients

If you have previously invited other recipients to receive and review your eStatements (for example, a CPA, an attorney, or other trusted financial advisors), you will need to share your statements offline.

What if you do not re-enroll?

If you choose to not re-enroll in eStatements through Online Banking, your account will transition back to paper statements. The fee associated with paper statements will be waived going forward.
