Charlotte, NC – HomeTrust Bank has announced the appointment of Jimmy Koutsokalis to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the Charlotte Queens Road location.  He will be joined by Assistant Branch Manager Mona Shah.

“Both have extensive banking experience in the Charlotte market and will bring added depth to our growing Queens Road branch,” said Tom Goins, Executive Vice President of Retail Banking.  “They have worked together in previous banking affiliations and we’re looking forward to them building our banking team in Charlotte.”

As branch manager, Koutsokalis will strengthen current customer relationships, develop new relationships, and coach and develop branch personnel.  He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Charlotte.  His many community activities include being the founder and current president of the Charlotte Premier Soccer League.

Shah’s duties will include managing customer service and building customer-focused teams within the bank. She is a graduate of MS University in India with a degree in accounting.
