Schedule an in-branch appointment
Thank you for helping us protect our community. We are open for business while ensuring we do our part to support social distancing and to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
- When scheduling an appointment you will be asked the following questions, please reply with a yes or no:
- Have you had any symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, which may include fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nausea or body aches?
- Have you been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 or related symptoms at any time in the last 14 days?
- At any time within the last 14 days, have you traveled outside the U.S., traveled on any form of mass transportation or attended gatherings at which you were unable to maintain social distancing or ensure proper use of face coverings?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, we may require you to schedule your appointment at least 2 weeks out. If any of these situations apply to you and your appointment is urgent, please let us know over the phone so we can make alternate arrangements.
Remember, our staff are practicing social distancing and maintaining a 6-foot distance from other people, when possible. We will have hand sanitizer available during your appointment.
