ASHEVILLE, NC, August 31, 2020 – HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: HTBI), the holding company for HomeTrust Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) has appointed Rebekah M. Lowe as a director of the Company, effective September 1, 2020. Ms. Lowe also has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Bank, effective September 1, 2020. These awards were presented on Wednesday July 5, during the AHL Board of Governors’ Annual Meeting at Hilton Head Island, S.C.
